Your member portal provides secure access to information about your health plan benefits, access to make premium payments, view claims information and more.

When registering as a first-time user you will need your:

  • Email address 
  • Phone number
  • Member number, first name, last name from your member ID card 
  • Date of birth
  • Last four digits of your social security number.


In circumstances where laws are in place to protect a minor child, you may not be able to access certain information on the member portal. Additionally, once a child turns 18, he or she must have their own individual account.

Browsers: This portal requires cookies to be enabled and works best with the Google Chrome browser. Internet Explorer is not supported.
