Clinical quality
As part of our quality programs we are committed to continuously evaluating and improving quality of clinical care and services in all settings.
To ensure our members receive the highest quality of medical care at the most appropriate costs, we partner with providers, hospitals and third parties that have established clinical care guidelines based on national care guidelines.
These guidelines focus on measures that are important to you, including:
- Preventive care services such as breast, cervical and colorectal cancer screenings
- Immunizations
- Management of chronic conditions such as Diabetes and Heart Disease
- Preventing infections after surgery and during hospital stays
