MADISON, Wis. (October 18, 2022) – For the second year in a row, Prevea360 has earned 5 out of 5 stars for all of our Medicare Advantage plans from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) as part of its annual Star Ratings evaluation for 2023.
This distinction reflects the high quality of care and service from Prevea360 and its network of providers, featuring Hospital Sisters Health System (HSHS) and Prevea Health. CMS rated 507 Medicare Advantage contracts across the United States this year and 11% of the plans earned 5 stars.
CMS evaluates and rates Medicare health and drug plans each fall to help guide beneficiaries and their families to compare plans based on quality and performance. Prevea360’s Medicare Advantage plans also earned a 5-Star Rating for 2022 and 2018. Ratings are based on 38 quality and performance measures across several categories including managing chronic conditions, helping members stay healthy, member satisfaction, and pharmacy services.
“Across the organization, our teams work tirelessly to connect our members to high-quality healthcare services and provide exceptional customer care,” said Kevin Eichhorn, M.D., Chief Medical Officer for Dean Health Plan/Prevea360 “The CMS 5-Star Rating reflects our commitment to excellent healthcare services, collaboration with our provider network, and the ongoing engagement of our loyal members. Healthcare can be very complicated, and we strive to be a trusted partner for our members, providers, and communities we serve together.”
