Josh Gustafson joins Medica/Prevea360 team in Wisconsin

Josh Gustafson joins the Prevea360 Health Plan/Medica team in Wisconsin as the Vice President and Prevea360 Market Leader. In this new role, he oversees the strategy, growth, and operations of Prevea360 Health Plan while aligning those goals with Prevea Health, as their new Vice President and Chief Growth Officer.
He brings 15 years of experience in the health care industry, where he worked for health care delivery systems that owned and operated their own health insurance plan. Most recently, he was the Director of Business Development and Strategic Partnerships at Prevea Health and HSHS Wisconsin for three years before joining M3 Insurance in 2021, where he worked with large employers on health care strategy and benefit plan design. Prior to that, Josh worked at Spectrum Health in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and Samaritan Health Services in Corvallis, Oregon, to grow market share and community engagement and improve plan performance, product innovation, and organizational strategy.
Josh resides in Green Bay with his wife, four-year-old son, and five-year-old daughter. He serves on the Junior Achievement Board of Directors and as an in-class volunteer teaching a Junior Achievement course to K-8 kids in Brown County. Josh is also an avid outdoorsman and spends most of his free time at their family cabin in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
