Papa Pals can support members either in their homes or virtually. Members are eligible for 10 hours per month of Papa services. Papa will call to enroll you in the Papa program. You can also call Papa to enroll at 888-492-4423.
Members are eligible for a $60 quarterly benefit to be used towards the purchase of select over-the-counter (OTC) health and wellness products. This benefit is available at the beginning of each quarter (January, April, July, October). Unused dollars will not carry forward to the next quarter.

Prevea360 Medicare Advantage provides coverage for emergency and urgently needed services outside of the United States. Members must pay out-of-pocket for worldwide urgent and emergency care services and request reimbursement. Submit the Member Paid Claim Form. See your plan’s Evidence of Coverage for cost-sharing.
If you are discharged from the hospital or skilled nursing facility, all of our plans cover 14 meals delivered to your door. Someone from our care management team will reach out to you upon notification of the discharge. If meals are not coordinated through your care manager as part of discharge planning, reach out to the Customer Care Center to access the Moms Meals benefit.

With Prevea Virtual Care, you can get a diagnosis, a treatment plan and a prescription if needed for common conditions like upper respiratory infection or allergies, urinary tract infections, tick bites and skin problems from anywhere in Wisconsin at any time. A Prevea provider will respond within one hour during office hours – or first thing the next morning if after hours. Virtual Care is available to members through age 75. To ensure members receive the highest quality of care, those aged 76 and above should be seen at a clinic or doctor's office.
